        Updated: this store once again has new management and we have been trying to contact the manager and with no response. We have been t mobile customers for a little over 2 years and every month since they messed up our bill on our first billing cycle we have to physically go to the store to have our bill altered for a free line we were promised. The last 2 months this new management has not acknowledged and has shown poor customer service. Furthermore by calling t- mobile support we were told the reimbursement should be 50 dollars and not 35 dollars which has been the credit we have gotten. If we get no response we will be leaving t- mobile and would not recommend this store to anyone! I have been trying to call this T-Mobile store in the last 2 days. I have called there 24 times and no one answers the phone. I have tried to go in person several times to speak to a manager about our bill and every time I go there he is not in the store. Seriously poor management and business. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Less than 24 hours after this review I was able to get ahold of the manager and he rectified the issue we had for the next 3 months. Hopefully when we need to speak to him again in September we will not have any issues. Thank you for your time!
