        My eldest brother was a regional manager for Enterprise in California. I watched him climb the corporate ladder and became familiar with Enterprise culture and values. Because of that, I probably have higher expectations when I walk into an Enterprise than your average person. I was running late because of an accident on 22 and Kirsten came through for me. I arrived a few minutes after closing and she waited for me so I could pick up my rental. She was professional, well-dressed, and provided outstanding customer service. Thats what you should expect every time you walk into an Enterprise. You didnt have to stay late but you did. Thank you!!
