    Nothing but GREAT things to say about Maddie.. Im a former hair stylist and salon owner. I go to Maddie and she is a true professional. I have somewhat difficult hair and my color always looks GREAT! In addition I go for a weekly wash and blowout which looks AWESOME! Highly recommend!

    Very friendly until you call them out on a bad job! I took my granddaughter to get a midnight blue process, left with all sorts of blues except the one she wanted. before setting the appointment, I brought my granddaughter over for a consultation to explain what she was looking for, they took a look at her hair, explained what the process was and gave a price $275.00, we set an appointment. the day of the appointment I dropped of my granddaughter and when I picked her up it was a shocker. Blue dry dye dripped all over her ears, neck, forehead, chunk of I guess it was dye dry on her scalp a complete disaster. I email the salons email requesting to get this fixed and I received a reply from Allision I don't know who she is, I will share with you. Keep in mind no one bully or disrespected her people. I did express the mess that my granddaughter had and all I got was "that what happens". I asked for the bill $295.00, Oh the tip said $50.00 I gave the girl 20.00, under the circumstances I shouldn't have given her anything. Allison never fixed the problem, did not take responsibility for her employee's actions, and never gave any type of refund. Which worst as a business owner was rude and disrespectful. I really believe she must have been confusing me with someone else on her email. If she would have mentions $700.00 to get a 17-year hair done. I definitely would remember and would have not bothered. definitely Allison must be out of her mind if she thought that we were going back to the salon. I paid $310.00 to get this done and I want his done right. I dont know who I need to speak to, but I want a fix to this issue. My granddaughter is very unhappy, and I highly upset that she spends her Easter with messed up hair color. Allison replied Hi Nancy this is Allison, I explained to you that I would go with a balayage rather than a wholistic blonde color + (a $700 plus service that takes 8 plus hours). You agreed and scheduled the service, if you google balayage youll see its a dimensional result, not all one color. One color would have been impossible in a single service because, your granddaughter had previous highlights She also had some color or overtone products on the darkest part of her hair even though you told us she didnt. Having gone with a balayage thats the exact result you received, and it certainly is a midnight, dark blue and looks beautiful even in the photos you sent. However, Ill refund you 50% of the service because Im sorry about the staining, most people know these colors stain the scalp and are ready for that but I didnt want you to be surprised by that especially not before a holiday. Very importantly- we never allow customers to be rude and bully our team members. We stayed open almost an hour later than closing time in order to give your granddaughter a free blow-dry and because you were that late picking her up. After this refund, please make sure you never come back, Im sure we can both agree this is not right the salon for you or your family. Check your account in the next 5-10 days for your refund, itll be processed Wednesday when we reopen after the holiday. The response to the review is a lie and disrespect. At any time did we behave in such a degrading manner. That is how people will react when no accountability is taken.

This review is inaccurate and misleading- we provided a 100% refund and it has been fully processed. This person was incredibly rude to both me and my team member. This person behaves as though she feels service providers are beneath her and should be treated poorly and it’s not the first time this has happened. That’s why I refused to continue working with her and opted for the full refund instead.
