Trash company, literally the worst company you could ever imagine. We signed a lease with these morons and they refused to allow us to see the unit, even though it stated in THEIR lease terms that we were allowed to see it as soon as we signed the lease agreement. Not only did that not happen, they went on for weeks sending us the wrong property information. We accepted a lease under the terms that wed lease a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom for $2700. After doing the research into their Bait and switch scam or disgusting ignorance at best we learned the property was 24% smaller than what they sold us. They didnt do their due diligence in any fashion. They simply stated we couldnt see it and they dont know the details of the property they are leasing. They literally told us this after we signed the lease. We contacted a lawyer, found out they were and may still be liable for damages. If you care about where you live or who you rent from.DO NOT ever rent anything from these criminals. Im going to continue posting this everywhere on social media platforms, local real estate sites where ever the company operates until something is done. Trash company, Trash employees, absolutely disgusting experience. All things considered in 2024 these morons operate at the bottom of the sea of scum.

I have been trying for more than 10 days to get information about available homes and how to apply(online system not allowing to apply). I tried emailing but get auto-generated kind of responses. I called and they took all my info but then no body called back to follow up, as they promised. If getting basic info is so difficult, wonder what other red flags are there.

Kudos to a fantastic maintenance team. Three guys who work hard to keep us going. Snow removal, plumbing issues, you name it they can do it.
