        The office staff is rude and insensitive. The buildings are NOT handicap accessible/ friendly. Not one office member offers assistance to those who are handicap. There are no incentives for lease renewals. Half the time, the office is locked, and the phones don't get answered. In addition, the office staff makes their own set of rules that are not listed in your lease, i.e., vehicles lacking inspection. Also DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES!!!! the issue has claimed to be fixed and its gotten worse. Maitinence doesnt speak english and can not communicate with residents if they are even sent to address your issues.
