        Waited an hour, then told "you most likely won't be seen..we're short staffed". Nobody wants to work anyone. Avoid this location.

        My Dr's office had not sent my Rx for bloodwork. The Tech was helpful and managed to resolve with the Dr's office by phone so that I could get the bloodwork done. Found out later the Rx was sent to another (competiitor ) lab in error. I had the second appt of the day and by the time i came out the waiting room was already stacked up. It seems they only had 2 tech for all these people and the later in the day the appt is the longer the wait. I suppose Quest doesn't pay adequately or there would be more techs on duty.

        This location has the worst customer service. Just sitting in the waiting room you can see how they treat people like they are annoying them. The wait time is so much longer that it needs to be. I need to find a better place for blood work. This place has no customer service or patient care skills. What a waste of time!
