        I was disappointed by the express outlets in Woodburn. They did not have the same quality or variety as the ones in Washington premium outlets. The prices were not attractive at all, they were just like the regular stores in the mall or the city. I could not find many casual tops for everyday wear, and the mens collection was also overpriced. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal.
