Horrible web online experience.
Really felt jipped the way I was thrown out the last 2 minutes. I was high bidder then inside 60 seconds I wasn't but couldn't do a thing about it. So done.

Bad engine on the Kubota excavator . Ran fine for 2 min at auction but after that broke down it overheated and has a blown gasket after 15 minutes of operation.

Very dissatisfied with my experience. Picked up an item I purchased only to find it was damaged. When I went back to see if I missed it in the pictures, I found exactly 6 pics all taken at angles that minimized the view of the damage. Only two of them even showed the front where the damage is and you had to look SUPER close in the pics to see that the drawers on the tool box were jacked up. When I brought it to their attention prior to leaving, they told me that it was not their problem and that I should have previewed them. I didn't think I needed to preview brand new cabinets for damage. Their ad said they were brand new and they are wrapped up tight anyway. They told me the best they would do is re-auction it off. I feel the advertisement was deceptive and their solution was to offer to take more of my money. I asked about them reducing the price at least and was told no. They LOVE your money. Nice customer service. Buyer beware. I won't be doing biz with them any more.
**UPDATE** Unwrapped the cabinet and there was more damage yet. The packaging/edging material covered up dents and collapsed edges. All doors fell off when I opened them because the hardware wasn't on them. Had to search for the loose screws/hardware to make them function.
