Mobile only service for anything car related. They won't offer any service at their location even to program a key fob.

CON ARTISTS. LOOK ELSEWHERE. Called because house sitter was locked out of my house. Asked them for an estimate, and they said they would give me an estimate when they arrived (so that their tech could do the work and try and squeeze me for money after already doing the job, I already know the game) Told them that was not acceptable, and they changed their story and said the tech would call with an estimate. Tech calls house sitter instead and tells them the same, that they would give an estimate when they got there. I called the tech directly, explained what just happened and demanded an estimate. Quoted $120-$150. Dude gets there, sprays wd40 on the door and opens it, and turns around wanting $200 for the job (additional was for sales tax that does not exist in Oregon). Reminded them of what I was quoted and refused to pay any more than $150. Dude pitched a fit before finally agreeing to the $150, saying he would check with the company. First and last time I will ever use them.

On vacation and our housesitter locked themselves out. Asked the price and they told me "we will tell you on site". After telling them we would not move forward with out a quote, they said they would call me back. They then reached out to the housesitter and said they were on their way, but did not include a price for them either. Called back and told them this isnt acceptable. They then quote 120-150. On site they tried to charge 202 (and include sales taxes). Their are no sales taxes in oregon. After telling them we would not be paying that they tried to throw a fit, then finally said they would accept the 150, which was the high end of the quote. Also . . . The door was just stuck. All they did was spray WD40 on it, they didnt even have to pick the lock.
