Pros: the owner seemed very nice...the room was clean..all downhill from there. Cons: the walls were paper thin and could hear the person next door snoring and farting all night. (We even tried to keep the fan going, but it kept shutting off even tho I put it on fan only). At midnight a single gunshot went off so I assumed someone else was tired of hearing the snoring and put themselves out of their misery. No instructions on how to use the tv remote or their coffee pot even tho I have operated aforementioned things everyday for the past 50 years. Oh...and the bed was so hard we might as well have been sleeping on the floor.. Not a good selection ...wouldn't stay here again.

Totally bad experience! Caught the guy from from counter looking through the tiny split in the curtains in the window at us. Told us he can because he has to make sure we have no visitors. Not allowed to have a visitor longer than 30 minutes.

The room had black hair everywhere in the bathroom, and not one person in our party has long black hair. The rooms are also older and run down. Don't understand why the fee I've couldn't fill our smaller ice chest, but that's a rule. Definitely needs an upgrade. Nearby activities: Close to the drive thru safari.

Good experience staying here. I was in Roseburg over the weekend and decided to stay here since it was cheap and in a pretty quiet area. I was staying there by myself and originally booked a room with 2 beds because that was the only one available. However, someone else canceled their reservation for a single, and the guy running the inn switched me to that one and gave me a discount, which was super cool of him to do. Rooms were nothing fancy, but they were clean and everything worked. Beds could have been more comfortable, but they were fine for the price. No breakfast here but there are nearby places you can go for that, so just be aware of this if you're staying here. My only negative experience was not the hotel's fault at all; someone who lives nearby has a yappy dog who wouldn't stop barking. Rooms: Nothing fancy, but rooms were clean and cozy Food & drinks: Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby
