DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE. THIS "TEAM" DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET'S HEALTH AND WELL-BEING. I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely negligent, incompetent, and rude "staff" (I hesitate to call them this because they literally cannot do their jobs). The worst Banfield "staff" I have ever come across in the 15+ years I have been a Banfield customer. They make it nearly impossible on a monthly basis to refill prescriptions that they prescribe my dog and when I try to work with them to get the refills in a timely manner, they scam me, condescend me, and offer me no help or service no matter what I do. On top of that, no one had written any notes for prescriptions on my dog's file (prescriptions she has been taking for 3-5 years); they had no idea she was even on them despite my dog going to Banfield her entire life and this location for months (and a year at the sister location that had the same staff). They had no explanation for why there were no notes in her "file" and did not care that I was concerned about this. I have spoken with at least 6 staff members and the actual vet just this week to refill one prescription and eventually just had to go in and demand that something is done (they were as incompetent in person as they were over the phone). The ONLY staff member who has ever been helpful and kind has been Reno. Do NOT take your pets here; I will be going elsewhere in the future.

We are long time Banfield Clients. We have and will continue to use the Wellness plans that we have for our dogs. This location is difficult and to say anything positive would be very hard. I have tried calling to no avail. Our dogs needed check ups and dentals but couldn't get in due to staffing issues. Every time we have gone in here, they are rude and "shorthanded" or "new". We will not be using this location again.
