Third time using Allied Van Lines within four years (large and small jobs). Outstanding service every single time! *On time, if not early. Constant Updates. Kind and considerate ( a rarity these days ). Emails and phone numbers of the people working with my move on my computer from day one. Yep, couldn't be happier.

Allied is a real moving company that you can trust. I called them and someone came to my house to do a quote. The price wasn't the cheapest one, but not the more expensive comparing with other companies. They came to do the moving on the date I have asked. And they delivered it on the date they told me. They are polite and responsible people. I really recommend them.

I used Allied Van lines to move from Louisville to Portland. Their sales pitch was on point, stressing their professionalism and their expertise in moving delicate equipment. As you can see from the photos below, that wasn't true. My custom built audio PC was tossed off the truck by the mover and is non functional now. The truck driver tossed equipment and goods off the truck haphazardly, stating that anything broken would be covered by insurance. She admitted to going through our belongings to repack items. It's been months and we are still finding odds and ends in various places. The damages to our goods nearly equals the price we paid to have Allied ship them. 0/10, would never use them again.

Absolutely terrible! DO NOT use this company. The employee who guaranteed our move timeline lied! Our goods did not arrive until after Christmas, including our 8yos presents. The only reason we used this organization was because they promised our goods would be delivered before the holiday. We paid more using this company versus their competitors because of this promise. The PHX office manager demonstrated zero empathy or customer skills when he called to tell me our goods would be considerably late. He mishandled our situation throughout. The unload crew in OR was an absolute joke. The driver and crew were unprofessional, disrespectful, moved slow, could not reassemble our furniture, and struggle with stairs which are standard in OR homes. Of course, several items were damaged. It also took nearly a month to issue our weight discrepancy refund.

We moved from Madison, WI to Portland. When our belongings left our Madison home they were securely wrapped in blankets. Everything was stored at the Berger Moving and Storage. When items were delivered to our residence we found several items damaged and other pieces of furniture with dents in them presumable due to the blankets being removed and things dropped on them. We were not pleased with this result.
