We've reach out several times to correct issues since cabinet installation but no resolution has been made. Shelves are uneven, doors are drooping and less than a year after installation cabinet enamel is chipping. Not worth the premium price we paid.

It's times like these I wish Yelp had a zero star review.  I was on my way to Costco nearby and decided to stop in.  I was in the market for countertops and figured a second bid is always a good idea.  After wandering through their warehouse for 10 minutes a gentleman approached my family and asked if we needed help.  When I explained what type of kitchen counters I was looking for he walked away, grabbed a catalog and business card and told us to email him a drawing and the type we wanted.  I asked if they did install or measuring and he said "no they only sell the material", told me to email them and walked away.  I wish I could blame his shortness on them being busy or it being close to closing time but it wasn't.  A bit turned off, I check the door on my way out to make sure it didn't say "by appointment only" and it didn't.So...I emailed him a drawing and two different choices I was interested in.  I heard nothing back.  I tried calling to see if they received my email and it went to their voicemail.  Will I be back? No.  I like companies that communicate.

Love how the counters came out. The two Latino brothers who came out to install the counter tops were amazing. They made the installation the best process, great way to end the service.

The whole team went above and beyond to make our countertop installation fast and so beautifully done. So friendly and caring to do a perfect job. Their attention to detail was so rewarding !!
