Predatory is a word that comes to mind. Calls/emails and texts constantly at all hours, almost every night during dinner. I wouldnt use them if they gave away their insurance for free.

I Support all small-local businesses in willsonville but this was my breaking point. I was told to come back twice and they where rude and stuf.

Cynthia is the most spiteful person, and needs to either work on their professionalism or find a new line of work. I don't think customer service includes berating someone in a text message then blocking them so they can not rebuttal, for hanging up on a call that was not meant to be answered. Imagine telling a customer that they're being rude & need to grow up when you pull that stint in a text then block. Take your own advice sweetheart, & grow up.
