This company did a great job providing care the nurses and team communicated very well with me. Lindsay did an exceptional job informing me of our options. I was a little hesitant about hospice before however they really were a blessing to have.

I WISH I could pick just one person to gloat about but I have 3!! Lyndsey is so awesome when she comes in here with gifts and goodies and is GREAT at communicating! Suzanne is one of the best nurses I have ever worked with!! She is so in tune with her patients and their families! And lastly, Gabe! He just glows with his positivity and smiles. Hes humble and humorous! Hes a WONDERFUL musician and our residents just love him!

I was recently put into contact with Forest Park Hospice (Gabe Labovitz) to have my mother admitted onto hospice. Gabe was very compassionate, professional, courteous, and respectful with helping me to get my mother processed onto hospice. Gabe went above and beyond by making himself available for an early morning phone appointment on his Sunday morning off work to accommodate my schedule in order to keep the hospice admission process moving forward. Gabe has a genuine positive and caring attitude and makes you feel that he is there to help you and family. After my mother passed away, I was contacted by Forest Park Hospice Aftercare (Kathy Mills). Kathy was very genuine, compassionate, professional, courteous, and respectful with helping me to get my mothers after-death affairs in order (bank-credit card accounts, outstanding bills, death notifications to to be taken care of, death registry, etc). Kathy was very compassionate, sensitive, and thorough with asking many questions covering the different aspects of what needs to be done with closing down ones legal life. I highly recommend the Forest Park Hospice Care team for your needs.
