Stafford Homes and Land

Poor quality if you ask me. Definitely found many flaws after living in our Stafford home after a year now.

I recently bought a Stafford home that was 4 years old through Zillow. Our home inspector was very impressed with the construction and condition. There were some details about the house I wanted to know so contacted Stafford Homes, not really expecting a call back. But they did get back to me with what I needed and gave great customer service.

Staffords warranty employee Dan Magdallen is GARBAGE. I was told by Roman Pulido that Stafford would send staff at 11 months of home ownership for warranty/repairs. I made multiple efforts to get ahold of Dan only to be told by a secretary he was sitting in his office essentially ignoring my call. Dan called back as if he was obligated to and indicated they would be out in our community by January. Its mid February with ZERO updates. Ill be fixing the holes in the ceiling of my garage, cracks on the kitchen counter, and a door that doesnt sit flush (that was made aware to them on inspection day). Theres also siding exposed in my house that their painters missed. Credit to Roman for actually being available and responsive via phone. Dont count on Dan, fix your own home.

I live in Pringle Creek Community as of just a few weeks and I feel so lucky to live here! The homes are so well built and designed. My friends comment all the time how spacious my 502 square foot house feels with the vaulted ceilings and all of the extras they did to make it feel like a real home. Roman Carrillo, has been one of the main "go to guys" for both my Real Estate Agent and myself. He goes above and beyond! The other day I asked for something and instantly, it was done! He is communicative, and always asks if I need something and how things are going. I feel listened to and valued. Thank you Roman for all your hard work and for being present to all of us at Pringle Creek Community!
