Those guys are awesome and prompt. They came out the same day and were able to fix it with the new part in just over an hour. Even though they didn't know exactly what the problem was or even what brand we had before they got here. The gentleman were both very polite, and kept me informed the whole time they were working on it.

We have had very high power bills and trouble shooters down to a problem with our well pump. We heard it humming even when the water wasnt being used. Called yesterday, the showed up today. Mark you as great! He had everything needed to quickly and easily diagnose the problem. We had a pump that was 32 years old! Im so impressed with desert pump today! I called at 730am and they called back at 915am and had a technician out to my house by 945am. They diagnosed and fixed my pressure and electrical issue on the spot. I thought we'd be out of water for a couple days due to the fires in the valley. I highly recommend desert pump for all your well needs! Thank you so much!

Pete and Mark were great!!! They went "out of their way" yesterday to get to my house (lots of roadblocks due to the fires). They fixed my water tank pressure problem very quickly. They were so helpful. Showed me how to deal with the problem if it happens again. I was very happy with their service. Would recommend them as I would use them again.
