Fast, Friendly and Prompt. Kyle came out to give us a bid and returned a quote to us within a day or two. Kyle has us scheduled for our Install within a week and had his Installation Crew in and out. The finished product looks great and provides more than adequate lighting for our warehouses. Thank you Power and Control!!

David B. forwards my email to the sales manager, Kyle W. And the sales manager says, " I don't have time to explain it over and over again, so if you can't provide us with the quantity requested, we cannot help you." I asked you one single question and your response was rude and unprofessional! To Owner: Feel free to check his emails! Am I mentioning a phone call above? No. I am talking about an email request for a quote. Failed to read... Failed to check the emails... In response to my review, instead of simply and easily apologizing, the owner shamelessly prefers to try (extremely) hard to make me look like I am lying. The owner assumed that it was a phone call and so she thought that she had the power to say anything she wanted about me since it was a phone call with no proof... Too bad... I have the email that will prove that the owner is a big liar and delusional at the same time, in fact. And maybe, the attachment could help her refresh her memory. Then, everyone and Google could see who is more trustworthy in business and who is making things up here (she or me). Also, it looks like the owner thought really hard on how to reply back... It took two months to respond... After seeing the attachment, Google: Please decide who is a "professional liar" and if I am a "professional complainer" and a very bad person as she put it. It is crystal clear that the whole crew is rude, unprofessional and on top of that, the attachment proves that the owner is untrustworthy and also delusional.

This company has PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called to see about alternate options for gloves, I spoke with Lori (who is apparently the owner) and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I also worked a lot with the David from online chat support, and let me just say he really goes above and beyond to help out the customer! Thank you so much for being so helpful and quick to answer my 5 million questions.
