Kelsey was wonderful to work with, she was extremely organized and easy to know what was expected of us at move in. She answered questions for us through out the process. After having a not so great experience with our previous property manager we are excited to be working with Kelsey and 24/7 Properties. Thank you Kelsey for taking such great care of our family!

I hate that you guys took over the property. We now have to pay a transaction fee for every rent payment.

do not rent from them. moved in less than a month ago and have already had to put in multiple maintenance requests. they are super helpful when getting you to sign the lease and then drop the ball. my place was meant to look like it had a working washer and dryer. i have not been able to them one time and i was told i needed to pay to have it replaced since it wasnt under the lease agreement, even though i was told before move in that they would be working to fix it. avoid them at all costs.
