Another org buying up the Portland rental market and raising prices without adding value. When they bought our property, they ruined our garbage system, and then left their mess behind while threatening tenants with charges for their poor decisions. They will claim that they improved it, but in fact the new dumpster is very tall to access with a small port where you have to hand toss one item of recycling at a time. It's very hard on our elderly and disabled residents, so many have given up recycling. They have also set and abandoned the empty bins they first attempted to implement as a ridiculous system on the public sidewalk and never retrieved them after realizing their mistake. They've left bins and dumpsters on people's front yards for months and months. I had an emergency maintenance request that took 2 weeks to have fixed. Can't wait to leave this city.

I have a rental in North Portland that PropM use to have under their management. The house has been empty for over 3 months because it was OVER PRICED. I walked into the house today to find they had left all the thermostats in each room at 85- 90 degrees. GOOD BYE TO THE WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL property management company ever!!!
