Jonathan Hogsett - COUNTRY Financial Representative

My rate went up over $150. I contacted Jonathan to see why. He told me was not sure and would get back to me.. That was about 6 weeks ago. I have called multiple times across this period during business hours and it always goes to voicemail. I have left voicemails and emails to try and get some sort of answer. Still nothing. Im not one to normally write reviews for anything, but the lack of communication by this office has been horrible.

Jonathan responded to my voicemail immediately and took the action necessary to inform my new mortgage company of my current homeowner's policy. He returned follow up calls promptly and proved efficient, courteous and helpful. I left him a final voicemail thanking him for quality service.

I had some fairly complicated changes needed on my auto insurance and Jonathan not only suggested changes that would better tailor my insurance to my needs but he also saved me a nice bit of money every month. Plus, he's personable and funny and really nice to work with. Absolute five star service--I've been with Country for almost 25 years now, home and car insurance, and agents have come and gone during that time but Jonathan is absolutely a standout and I hope the company realizes what an asset he is to them.

Jonathan is an excellent insurance agent and we are very happy with our Country Financial insurance. Jonathan is responsive and when we got hit by a coyote when driving down the freeway everything was handled incredibly professionally and super fast. Easily our best experience with any insurance company, so we moved our home owners insurance over as well! Definitely recommend Jonathan and Country Financial!
