    The down side was the hot tub wasnt warm at all. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. And the pool was pretty dirty me and my husband didnt feel comfortable swimming in the pool, which the hot tub and pool was the reason we chose the hotel and not another one in the area. So it was a bummer we couldnt use either.

    Awesome place to stay. Clean rooms, the staff was welcoming and helpful. You need to visit the Mallards Pub while you are here. The bartender and staff are top notch! Food was excellent.

    Lobby staff were helpful and kind. Room was nice, clean, and the location was beautiful. We ended up leaving a little early to get home to our 9 month old and even though there was no refund when i ordered the stay they gave us a discounted price. There are beautiful mountain experiences close by and unique bbq places skyway bar and grill ended up being our favorite dining experience. For the cost of this hotel and what you get, you cant beat it! Rooms: Great black out curtains for naps in the day and privacy. Shower and rest of the bathroom seemed luxury. Rest of the room was what you would expect from a resort hotel. Nearby activities: Depending on the season you have different options. But alpine slide and adventure park is fun when snow has cleared. There is great views and skiing/snowboarding at timberline lodge still at early spring time. Ski bowl would be good that, and tubing during winter, same with government camp. Safety: Didnt see anything that looked out of place that would cause a safety concern. Walkability: The onsite restaurant/continental breakfast area can be driven to, but the walk there was nice and simple, definitely recommend doing that to enjoy nature there.
