Eagle Rock Lodge

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts, and an amazing room were all part of our stay at Eagle Rock Lodge! Cant say enough about Kermit and Lisa, they make the stay so much more enjoyable. We will be looking for our next opportunity to come back for another visit.

Went to The Eagle Rock Lodge on McKenzie River in Vida Oregon. I surprised my new wife (married 1/22/24) and picked this location and destination because of the distance near her brother whom was injured in a major life changing accident in July 2023 and she hasn't seen him since. She loved the amenities available at Eagle Rock Lodge and she really got a big surprise when I told her it had a jacuzzi in the room which was what she asked for in a honeymoon location. We stayed in the Mayfly room. Lisa and Kermit (Owners of Eagle Rock Lodge) are amazing, the food is delicious and very fulfilling, with ample options to meet the taste cravings of the people. We will definitely be back for a future stay at this location.

This hidden gem, on the McKenzie River, is a true treasure. We stayed in the Songbird room, it was perfect! Breakfast the next morning, was absolutely delectable, the staff is also downright amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The river view was beautiful, the whole establishment was warm and cozy, and the breakfast was truly mind-blowing!

We had an amazing time staying at the Eagle Rock Lodge. The rooms were cozy, well stocked and maintained. We stayed in the Songbird room which had its own covered patio. The weather didn't agree with us for our other plans and we found ourselves arriving an hour earlier than check in time. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us an early check in. There is a nightly happy hour which includes a drink of your choice and an appetizer as well as a complimentary breakfast. The food was absolutely amazing, you have to try the stuffed Marrionberry French Toast, my husband's poached eggs were delicious too. The grounds were well maintained and even though we didn't get to spend anytime out sitting along the river as I had hoped, that is an option on a much drier night. We hope to return one day in the Summer and take in everything the Lodge has to offer.
