        AVOID THIS COMPANY! 6:30pm on 7/29/21, I-5 South just past the Ross Island Bridge in Portland - Rogers Towing truck cut off the vehicles entering the freeway nearly causing a multiple car accident! When I got around the tow truck the driver had 1 hand on the wheel and a cell phone in the other had with it up to his right ear! He was oblivious to what had just happened, completely his fault. Older male, white beard, dark sunglasses.
