Personally I think this is a great place to work. The management is top notch (all of them). They do their best to accommodate all the employees but you have to realize they are a business and out to make the company succeed. In the process they treat all of us more than fair. The company shares the profits with the employees and treats us with the utmost respect. You don't always get what you want but you do get back what you put in. You can always approach Ed with any problem and he will do his best to solve it. I'm writing this review in response to the review left by Dark. I honestly think Dark's review should be removed.

I've worked in metal fabrication nearly twenty years, seen several different production floors. I've never seen was as clean and organized as this one. State of the art machinery, friendly coworkers and managers that go the extra mile to make work an enjoyable experience every day! When they say our policy is to deliver defect free, on time parts to customers they really mean it, advancements from within in an environment that makes me proud to come to work each day and perform to the best of my abilities!! Was truly a blessing to be hired on here!
