Labcorp at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center

Very rude people working at front desk and long wait times.

I have been waiting over an hour to drop off a sample! I was told by my doctor to just drop it off at any legacy lab. Ok great. Get to the lab, walk up to the desk and am told they cant help me until I check in the computer up front. Cool (the 2 receptionists are literally sitting at a computer not helping anyone of the 10 or so people sitting n the waiting room). Then I proceed to wait over an hour while one person is called up maybe every 15 minutes? Seriously Legacy? I do not know how there is not a system which can prioritize/organize patients is an efficient way whatsoever. Why would a drop off not be sent to a different line? This is ridiculous and makes me think the biggest priority is to waste peoples time.

I was well cared for by all staff members from the ER team to the ICU staff! Every singer person I encountered was kind, professional and attentive.
