Great company to work with, I have been doing business with them for going on 12yrs. Today I am writing a review to give praise to Willy Williams for going above & beyond in helping me bring total restoration to my current project. Sincerest thanks to you Willy.

Working with Suburban Door was one of the worst customer experiences Ive had, and now were stuck with a damaged front door. After initially visiting at the end of August, it took over 2 months to get a door frame and unpainted front door, meaning that installation had to happen during the rainy season. The manager was remarkably unresponsive, and placing what should have been a relatively simple order took numerous calls, emails, and in person visits. To be frank, it seemed like Suburban didnt want our business, which could very well be the case if they prefer working with construction companies where they can get much bigger orders (this is speculation on my part). The poor customer experience was apparent from my first visit, and I only wish that I had listened to the other negative reviews, which turned out to be remarkably accurate. The construction company who installed the door and frame insisted that we use Suburban Door, and that is the only reason I didnt immediately look elsewhere. In hindsight, it wouldve been better to find another construction company rather than be forced to work with Suburban. When the door and frame were finally ready, the door arrived damaged, with a very visible eye-level dent/hole (see pictures). Suburban refused to replace the damaged door, expecting us to pay full price for a replacement door. We are planning on staining the door, which means that filling the dent in with wood putty isnt an option. So now were stuck with a damaged, unfinished door in the middle of the rainy season and scrambling to figure out how to salvage this horrible situation. I really wish Id heeded the reviews and hadnt wasted such an absurd amount of time and money dealing with this business that doesnt seem to care about its small customers.

I walked up to pick up my door and door wasnt ready !. Production supervisor Dary breshears greeted me at the pick up dock, Horrible attitude, spoked with few of their employees and had nothing good to say about the company and supervisor!

Terrible company. The people posting 5 stars on here are obviously employees or friends of employees trying to boost their reviews.
