Bay doors are not shut before trucks pull away.
All door bays do not have safety chains when open.
Badly damaged pallets are used to transport heavy product.
Product is stacked up too 8 feet high. So the employees have to use step ladders to take heavy items off of pallets. After the shrink wrap is removed.
