I took my GLC300 for Service B to Star Motors, and I'm very happy to have done this. They are very polite and respectful, very helpful and honest and much cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. All necessary services were done. They also fixed very few small jobs like phone charger at no extra cost. I definitely will go back and do my next service and also any possible repairs in this shop. They deserve a 10/10 score. Thank you for your good job.

I called to find out the price of the B service for my sprinter van and was told I had to get a quote. I gave them my Vin and was quoted a reasonable price. When I took the van in I deliberately left the DEF tank 3/4 full to see if they would automatically fill it and charge me, and when I picked it up, they told me that they had not filled it and asked if I wanted them to which I thought was a very fair way of treating it. They did a good job. There were no extra services charged for and the final price was lower than the quote. I will be bringing my van back here for future service.

Warning! Warning!Warning! I went for a a service and initially was fine. A few days later, my dashboard showed a warning that I need to stop the car and let it run. I did but the warning never left and its still on every time I drive the car which NEVER happened before they serviced my car. I suspect they stole my battery and put an old one. Lately, the Auxiliary Battery Malfunction went on, need another service that was not a problem before I went to Star Motors for B7 service. Also, my tires were fine before they serviced my car and Joey told me that my tire might needed to be replaced in a couple of months. Huh, why was that, did they replace it. Its a Pirelli tire that is one of the most expensive and hard to fine tire. I cant say enough trouble and money that this repair shop cost me after servicing my car. PLUS, I got back my car with an almost empty gas which I never let that happen I always drive with at least half a tank coz I know it can ruin the electric components of the car if you drive an almost empty gas. When I got the car, it had an almost empty gas. Yeah, gas these days are expensive as I use premium with this car. About a couple of weeks later, Heather called me about my review and sounded like they want me to either change or remove it as it will ruin their business. Wow, is that their way to get good reviews? Never going back to this repair shop ever again.I urge everyone that if you think you will be saving money, think again because it might just cost you more in the long run.
