        I love BK it's a nice burger that's higher standard than McDonald's Parking: Plenty Wheelchair accessibility: No open assist doors but they have lots of space inside and movable chairs for wheelchair access

        I ordered online for pickup. Been sitting IN THE RESTAURANT for over 30 minutes. The staff is only concerned with drive through customers. There are several other customers who have been waiting for much longer than us. Y'all gotta get it together. Service shouldn't take as long as a sit down restaurant. Edit: Customer service said they're not able to refund my order, despite leaving the restaurant after 45 minutes, without our food. So now we're out $40, with absolutely nothing to show for it. What a disappointing experience. Just ridiculous. Save your time and energy. Go to Burgerville, or McDonald's or literally anywhere else. At least at one of those other places, you'll get what you pay for.
