I had never heard of this clinic before tonight but recently I recieved notice that I had a balance due to Google for an ad campaign they ran online under my account. I have never advertised any product, service, or business online or offline so you can imagine my surprise. After further investigation, it seems as if my account was hacked and the perpetrator used it to advertise this exact clinic. After reading their other reviews, I can only imagine a place as uncaring as the one described here to resort to illegally advertising themselves and expect someone else to pay the bill.

Unfortunately I will be changing pmt Primary Doctor because of her Medical Assistant. For some reason some think they have the right to act like we are an inconvenience to their day. You think your attitude and demeanor doesnt come through in you condescending tone? Good luck

The wait time is incredibly lengthy. If your appointment is at 10, be prepared to wait an additional 30/35min before being brought back with the nurse and then an additional 15min for the doctor. Not sure if that's standard for all practitioners at this clinic, but it is for mine. Search for a new one? Perhaps!

A little hard to believe being that it's 2024, but this facility doesn't utilize automatic door openers for their patients in wheelchairs. The receptionist will sit idly by and watch as they struggle to open the double set of doors on their way in to what, according to other reviews here, is mediocre care at best. Granted, automatic openers arent required under ADA rules, but I've been to hundreds of doctors offices and clinics that care enough and are COURTEOUS enough to install them. At the very least, it loudly proclaims "We really don't care if you struggle to enter our facility." Shame on Columbia Family Health. What they clearly see as a minor oversight is a HUGE deal to wheelchair bound human beings, but profits matter most, so what should we expect?

Worst place Ive ever received care. You might as well google your symptoms and tell them what you want and manage yourself, because there is no follow up nor follow through with this provider. The first time I ever met my doc the first thing she did is talk about her bad google reviews (ironic it led to another one a year later after I decided to try giving the clinic a shot). Ive been seeing her for over a year now and on my appointment 5 days ago she asked if we had ever met before. Misread lab reports caused them to prescribe me antibiotics I never needed (this was Dec 23). Luckily I never took them. Now (Feb 24- different issue) Ive been on antibiotics for four days since Ive had symptoms. Official lab results came through two days ago and no one followed up with me until I called them TWICE today since I wanted to know before the weekend. So I had symptoms with no official infection and no one cared to give me a call until I hounded them for the results? And no interest in asking me how Im feeling now that Ive been on antibiotics twice in one month and apparently didnt need them the last four days, or what to do to deal with the symptoms Ive had. Worth mentioning Ive never had a problem with the front desk, the billing department, or NP Skyler Stone. Hes the only one that ever made me feel like I was actually being heard and understood. He was very thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and kind to me when I was feeling so anxious. And then my doc bad mouthed him at my last appointment. So unprofessional when he was the one who noticed that another employee here is the one who misread my labs/had me prescribed pills Ive never needed in Dec 23 like I mentioned before. NP Stone stopped me taking the antibiotics I never needed after noticing the mix up when no one else did. Was going to wait to post a review, but too many unsat things have happened. TLDR: I thought it would be better to have care on hand vs not, so Ive stuck with this provider for far too long. Wait was a couple weeks vs 6-8 months to see other primary care docs. Do your health and well-being a favor and go elsewhere up front. Wait for a good doc and dont bother here. The whole point of a good Primary Care doc is at least decent continuity of care. You will be disappointed and likely worse off.
