It's a very mellow quiet definitely a family oriented apartment complex!! I would recommend people to looking into this place!! It's absolutely amazing!!

I have been living at Eagle Ridge for going on 3 years now and I truly enjoy it. They are pet friendly, so that was a plus for my family. Jessica, the office manager was pleasant through the whole process. Additionally, I appreciate the efficiency when I have submitted a maintenance request and the staff make it even more pleasant.

If you can help it don't move n here. No water pressure in whole complex also water taste really bad leaves after taste for hours. Also office don't about any1 living at eagle ridge. So you help it don't move here.

Lived here while looking to buy a home. So many issues with this place. We moved out 9 months ago and now they are suddenly saying we owe them money that I already paid them. Had to go through old records on my end to prove it. They charged us for absolutely everything when we moved out. Do not expect any deposit back and expect to be charged for things no other apartment has ever charged you for. Maintenance crew was the only thing going for this place. Lodges at Lake Salish are a million times better. Wish we had stayed there knowing what I know now. Do not give this place a dime of your hard earned money!!!!
