Called to get a quote. Guy who answered was extremely standoffish and rude. I know what you're thinking, here we go, but he was actually extremely rude in his tone and the way he acted on the phone, like I was somehow bothering him by calling the number literally on the side of every one of their trucks. This is how the conversation went: Call placed- "Yeah" "Hi I'm so and so, I'm looking for a quote for my yard. I see you guys around my neighborhood all the time" "We're really busy, not looking for new customers right now" "What i have is small. I know you're busy and I'm not in a big hurry, but could you give me a call back when you get the chance?" "In going to lose you soon, I'm on my way out of town. I'm not looking for any new customers right now, but if you want to send me a text with your address I'll see if maybe I can stop by" "No problem, just let me know" "Like I said, we're really busy right now, and to be honest we're not looking for any more work" "So, should I call someone else?" "Just send your info and we'll get back to you. Bye." Click, phone hung up. Text sent, 3 weeks later still no response.

I called to get a price quote on a property. the owner answered and did not state the company name, just a simple “hello”. I asked how he was doing and asked if he worked for Tilamook Coast Lawn Care. he mumbled something about me calling him and then hung up on me. will not be using this company. extremely unprofessional.

North Coast helped me out in an emergency when I had a broken water line and there were no plumbers available. I really appreciate their effort to help, even though I was not their customer. They are an asset to our community. Big thumbs up!
