Jump for Joy! Yes - I can Jump again after Advanced Vascular Centers care. Dr G and the staff are caring and experienced medical pros. Don't put off serious vein disease - I did. This is not an assembly line of cosmetic procedures. This is Medical care with degreed Doctors that specialize in vascular diseases. And they are TRULY hapy to see one thing - that you improve and are healthier than before treatments. Small, personal clinic.

All the staff here are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a couple of procedures done and Dr. Gentile and his team did a great job. If I have any future issues, I'd definitely choose to come here. Definitely recommend this clinic.

As I a medical professional I am appalled that a Dr. would make this statement negatively of an MRI- " an MRI can pick up even the smallest details". In other words folks- the MRI images and radiologist report I presented to Dr.Gentile were not even looked at until I mentioned the MRI results to him. At which time he saw the occulated GANGLION cysts in my posterior lateral left knee area pressing on the Popliteal Artery. Without going into my history here I'll just say "WOW WHAT AN IDIOT" . So Dr Gentile then went on to say that I don't have any GANGLION cysts or anything at all behind my knee because his 2 bit 2 minute scan with his miniature ultrasound wand didn't show anything! Yet he schedules me for an ultrasound with his tech at a later date and uses a diagnosis code for Bakers Cyst. Which was clearly stated on my MRI report that this IS NOT A BAKERS CYST. But Dr. GENTILE must be smarter than any MRI machine, imaging and radiologist...or is he because then he schedule an ultrasound...well of course that's just for the money folks. Then he kept trying to flip flop around the rash spots on my shins that appear and disappear depending on circulation. But alas he says well its a rash, and i say no it disappears when compression is worn and when legs are elevated. A rash does not do that folks! Then he changes his mind 8 times and says it's a fungal infection and get some cream. Lastly he states there's nothing wrong with my legs, my veins, my popliteal artery nor my circulation. I presented him 2 years worth of scans, ultrasounds, imaging discs,reports etc etc that all clearly state I have bilateral venous insufficiency and regurgitation and a narrowing at my femoral/saphenous junction. I did his leg work for him ( no pun intended) all I was seeking was to have my GANGLION cyst drained again......PATIENTS BEWARE , i should have had a clue when i realized i was the only patient in the building...seek out physicians that actually can read and listen....this guy is the most inept I've come across in my 38 yrs as a nurse and Co-founder of 3 seperate types of medical practices . Be your own advocate, do your own due diligence.

From a mama of two and soon three: From the front desk to the nurse to the ultrasound tech to the doctor, I was welcomed and felt totally comfortable and truly cared for. They all have lovely bedside manners and a great sense of humor ! Dr. Mary Costantino is a badass doctor who clearly knows her stuff and was able to explain my issues in a non-scary clear way. She made me laugh a lot with the tech who did my ultrasound, and was extremely reassuring. I 100% will be seeing them again to get my veins fixed postpartum. Also can I mention, the exam table is like a MEMORY FOAM BED. And office/exam room/bathroom immaculately clean. Love this clinic. THANK YOU. We need more people like you in the medical professions!

Everyone here is so awesome! The front desk ladies are so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr G is Fantastic!! So happy with my outcome! TThank you Advanced vascular! !!
