Dr. Armour performed cataract surgery on one of my eyes at Westside Surgical Center. I was told I have an excellent Dr who would have my cataract done in about 8 mins. I really don't remember but before I knew it I was done and I could see clearly again. It's been 4 months and I have had no complications. The only thing I fair warn is her wait time, it may be longer than other Dr's. I believe this to be because she takes time with her patients, she answers your questions and doesn't rush out because another is waiting. She will not leave you until questions answered. She is well worth the wait! As far as Westside Staffing, everyone, from admin, MA and especially the RN who sat with me while I got my IV; she explained in detail what would happen from start to finish, and that's exactly what happened. She was excellent with helping to ease my fear the unknown. I would highly recommend Dr. Armour and her staff if cataract surgery is needed.

To save time - and your eyes since you're looking for reviews on eye health! - I'll just start with the conclusion:If I could I'd give ten stars.  I'll go one further:  Even if you DON'T need surgery, go anyway if only for Jason's low impact anesthesia.  60s redux!Everyone, to a person - there were at least ten, and I'd name them all if I could remember - was terrific.  After over fifty years in sales and marketing it's easy to walk into a business - whether a clinic, an office, a retail store, a restaurant, whatever - and know whether it's run well.  Staff are universally attentive, sincerely so.  Each knows his or her job and how it fits seamlessly into the corporate mission.  The customer is paramount.  Most importantly, if everyone clearly enjoys what he or she is doing - and does it well - it's a good sign  of an excellent experience.  And this was excellent.Westside Surgery Center is one of the best run businesses of any kind I've encountered in years.  Well done, All!  Thank you!Oh, an added benefit:  I CAN SEE!  My review of Dr. Nisha will be elsewhere.  Too many stars to fit in here...
