Skylights NW

After getting two bids to replace a leaking patio cover skylight, I selected Skylights NW because of excellent on line reviews and a much more reasonable price. Response time was excellent, and after a couple of glitches, the skylight was replaced and in addition, faulty flashing was totally redone. I was very impressed with the way Eric, the owner, responded to the first glitch which turned out to be a faulty new skylight. He came to my house immediately and replaced the skylight himself. They determined later that my flashing needed replacing so I had them do that as well. Again, they responded immediately and now all is well. I would certainly recommend Skylights NW to my friends and will use them again if the need arises.

Eric replaced two existing, inefficient skylights with high efficiency skylights - one fixed, one manually openable and both with solar powered, remote controlled shades. Project went smoothly from start to finish - communication, proposal, scheduling, install, cleanup, and tax rebate paperwork all handle professionally. The skylight brand is Velux.

Eric absolutely saved us when our skylight started leaking during the first storm of the season. He was able to quickly identify and fix the issue. Our new skylight has held up through all of the ridiculous storms weve had this winter. Erics diagnosis and remedy were spot on. I continue to be grateful for his expert work.
