      image My experience at Apex has been incredible, and I do not think I would be as far along on my recovery journey without their help. Emily prepared me well for my rotator cuff surgery with several prehab exercises to help build up the muscles around the injury. Then, her post-surgery plan for me has been right on the money. Her exercise instructions are clear and she advances me at the right time. She has also helped me with overall posture issues, and a tremendous amount with getting my shoulder blades to glide properly.
      I am nine weeks post-surgery and my range of motion is almost back to normal. I would recommend Apex to anyone needing help with an injury or with general fitness or weight training coaching.
