Dr. Pavlovich was very kind and helpful when I went to see him. I went in to ask about my breathing problems through my nose. After an exam, he informed me I may benefit from surgery, as I had a deviated septum. I was informed of all the potential risks and benefits. The procedure went very well and now I'm breathing better! Thanks Doctor!

Dr. P' is very well versed in his speciality! He is authentic and expects the patient to follow-through with action-plans after the medical visit. I learned to be articulate, concise and assertive with my reasons for being there; what I learned since my last visit, and any questions. This is excellent, as I am a better advocate for myself! I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty.

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Pavlovich and left a VM at 11:15 a.m. on Monday. Outgoing message indicates calls left at 4 p.m. will be returned the next day. My expectation is that I will receive a call before 4 p.m. Yet....here it is...Wednesday night at 10:30 and I have not received a call.

I dont think Ive ever left a doctors office feeling so frustrated and degraded in my entire life. Dr. Pavlovich seemed exceptionally bothered when I wanted to ask questions and dive deeper into my health issues. He severely lacked empathy. Hed interrupt me saying, I hear you when ironically, I hadnt completed my train of thought. Throughout my visit, he failed to provide any suggestions or guidance of value. His irritable demeanor and unchecked mansplaining made it an unwelcome environment for me to feel comfortable even continuing to talk about my health issues. Multiple times, he aggressively asked well, what are we doing today after failing to provide me with any sort of recommendation. When I said I dont feel comfortable moving forward with any of the options presented today he huffed, got up abruptly, said have a good day without an ounce of genuine care, and stormed out of the room. I left knowing that I did absolutely nothing wrong, but still questioning why I felt so belittled. A professional, a doctor, and at the very least - a decent human, shouldnt make someone else feel this way. The only decision I felt confident making was at the front desk when the receptionist asked if Id like to schedule again. It was the easiest absolutely not Ive ever answered.
