When I got my contacts it was fast, easy, and cheap, along with that my contacts were very high quality for the price it was at. Along with that its location is very convenient because it was located in a Costco so I could get food right after my eye exam.

Followed all cdc guidelines to a T, impressed even my nurse friend who went with me. Unparalleled expertise, personality, and demonstrated interest in patients. Felt like such a combination can only emerge from a broad reservoir of experience. As someone who works in restaurants, I'm used to overlooking a lot in earnest of trying to imagine the humanity of the person on the other side of the counter. I was absolutely charmed and impressed.

Highly recommend and always thorough, today I was helped by Dr. McAdoo who was professional and fast. I look forward to many more years of working with this practice. They are wonderful.

Was given 2 prescriptions, one regular, one for computer use. Computer prescription was clearly made for the wrong distance despite me specifying the proper distance to screen. They refuse to fix the problem because I am apparently outside the number of days despite every other prescription I've ever had being good for a year. The regular glasses and even my previous prescription still work fine so my eyes haven't changed. They made an error but refuse to fix it without bilking me out of another $100. Unbelievably disappointed. They don't stand behind their work so I recommend avoiding using them especially at Costco Tigard if at all possible. EDIT: The response below isn't honest. It was 8 months, not "almost a year". My eyes didn't change 2 feet in 8 months for a computer prescription. The prescription was written for the incorrect distance. Also, the same doctor signed the original prescription and the updated one. So it's untrue to say the doctor who signed the original perception no longer works there. Everyone else who worked in the dept was very helpful but their unwillingness to correct such an obvious error is frankly disheartening.

High quality service. I very seldom give a five star. Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. Very comfortable to work with and very professional. I strongly suggest Tigard Eyecare. I can't say enough great things about the front desk staff!!! You just don't find this kind of knowledgeable customer service oriented staff often anymore. So, what a treat to experience. Thank you all very much.
