NVISION Eye Centers - Tigard

I recently had a fantastic experience with Nvision Eye Center in Beaverton and I'm thrilled to give them 5 stars! From the moment I made an inquiry on their website, they were prompt and professional. Within 48 hours, I received a call back and was scheduled for a consultation the very next day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable during the exam. They presented me with a fair agreement and scheduled my procedure within two weeks. The lasik surgery went smoothly and the results are amazing! I now have better than 20/20 vision thanks to Nvision. Throughout the entire process, I received excellent care and precise instructions on pre and post-surgery care. The staff was considerate, careful, and honest, making me feel confident in their abilities. Overall, I highly recommend Nvision Eye Center in Beaverton for anyone considering lasik surgery. Their staff excels at interpersonal connection and they truly care about their patients. I wouldn't hesitate to pay them again for their services. The surgery and doctors are great. Scheduling and appointment systems need improvement. Don't call the number listed on google maps. Their call center won't have anyone call you back, ever. The follow up visits seem disjointed that I see a different doctor everytime and lacks a personal continuity. Otherwise the doctors and service are very good.

It has been one month and one week post my surgery. The process end to end was smooth, right from my consultation with Dr. Kim, surgery by Dr Madsen and post-op by Dr. Griffith. They hand over a clear set of instructions on how to prep a week before the surgery. I was eligible to get the Contoura Vision Procedure that customizes the surgery specifically for a patient to achieve best results. Post surgery, i intentionally fell asleep for 12hrs and the next day morning I was feeling blessed. It took 1-2 weeks for my dry eyes to settle and night vision to improve. A month later Im 20/15 both eyes. One area for improvement would be for someone (not necessarily the surgeon) in the op-room to audibly speak throughout the procedure so the patient knows what to expect and is not taken by surprise.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing techs, amazing surgeons. My appointment got moved because of snow and ice but they got me in the next day and even made sure to get me an appointment a little later in the day to ensure that we were able to do it. Staff was amazing, they were all super excited for me to get Lasik and Dr. Madsen walked me through the entire procedure. My medication didn't kick in until after (not their fault) so I was anxious going in but everyone did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and there was zero pressure at all. My surgery was a success and now I have 20/15 vision thanks to Nvision. If you're thinking about getting surgery from here, DO IT.

Overall a great center! Some minor issues in communication, not compromising patient care, but causing some minor confusion. Lots of information given. Day of, staff were kind and gave clear instructions. So far healing well from procedure.
