This is just an awful group of people to try to get any decent interaction with. They are rude, unintelligible and do not provide the minimum level of service customers should be able to expect. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere.

This is a specialty business that tests water samples for contaminates and bacteria. During covid all business is done by dropping off samples on the porch in the provided containers.

I dont normally leave reviews, but this is my second time working with them. They are incredibly rude and difficult people to work with, as well as inconsistent. The first time I sent samples in, they emailed me my results within in a few weeks and took my payment the same day. The second time I sent samples in, I waited a month and they gave no update. I finally called and was told I was the one who was supposed to call for the results. They took my payment anyways, and still didnt give me my results.

Pathetic! Take warning! Run! Do not use this company. The female owner is extremely rude and unprofessional and condescending. The staff is doing their best but are poorly trained. We have been using this company for over 24 years and the owner just called me to tell me how ungrateful I am. this all had to do with her telling my husband that after our initial test that showed bacteria, any test following for this issue, bacteria retake testing would be a charge of $30 rather than $40. We have now had to get our water tested five times because the test results keep showing that we have bacteria, even after shocking our well. the company that shocked our well said this is unheard of and that they question whether the test was done properly. We now wonder the same thing after the female owner called us to tell us that we have done too many retakes and that she wants to charge us $40 instead of $30 and that I should be gracious enough to pay this because she saved me $10 on the last four tests! Not only was she the one that told us retakes were $30 but when I call in to pay for the retake tests her employees says the same thing and they only collect or charge $30 on my credit card! The rude condescending phone call I received this morning solidified that this company does not deserve our business. We will now start using Purity Laboratories, which is just down the road and are very thankful for our business and are properly trained.
