I went in to ask for a resizing after having called and they said they would do it as long as the metal was sterling silver. I got there and was asked if I had purchased from them and when said no the persons demeanor changed. She took it to the back to ask if the jeweler would resize and then came back and was told they couldn't do it because it was cubic zirconia and it would shatter if they tried to resize it. Definitely frustrated because I was never asked initially what jewel was on the ring with the phone call I had made prior. Online research says resizing with cubic zirconia is not an issue and to say it is is outdated information.

What a pleasant experience at the Shane Company this afternoon. We brought several rings - my wife's 50+ year old wedding set as well as two diamond bands (purchased 9 years ago at this location). The wedding band had been soldered to the engagement ring and one of the diamond bands nine years ago leaving one band free. The wedding band was finally worn out and separated from the other two. We worked with Mia and came up with a reasonable course of action to fix and enhance these rings. She was so very polite and professional - a real joy to work with. The work will be done next Tuesday and we can hardly wait to see the results.

We had a very nice experience with Alyssa. It is our 50th anniversary and my husband wanted to upgrade my original diamond. My original engagement ring and wedding band are a bit unique (leaves with a lot of shape) and about 10 years ago I put my mother's engagement diamond into the set. All that to say, it really wasn't an easy task to upgrade the engagement diamond or adding an additional band to the set. Alyssa worked patiently with us and picked out pieces that I loved. We ended up purchasing a engagement ring to put my mother's diamond in that fits it just perfectly. Lucky me gets and additional ring to wear. We upgraded the original diamond to a lovely larger one and purchased a side band that goes well with my set. It may not be to everyone's liking but I did not want to get rid of my original set as I love it! The whole experience was nice and we didn't feel pressured to purchase. The rings were available the day indicated and I am enjoying my upgraded set.

Our experience was amazing!!! Very queer friendly atmosphere, supportive staff, and great service. Definitely recommend going here, the rings are very customizable and you cant beat the free stone replacement!! Sean at the Tigard location was so helpful and awesome.
