I have had insurance with Kazem and American Family Insurance for well over 15 years and the service and support has always been stellar. He's really personable and genuinely seems to care about what he does and for you as a client. He's always been able to meet my needs and in the most timely manner. Highly recommended if you need insurance from home to business.

I've been with the same insurance agent for over 20 years. I've left intermittently and I always come back. There is reasons for that. Customer service center friendly human on the other line of the phone or two of the biggest benefits. Cosm is so helpful and so personable and really cares about each and every one of his people that he's insurors. He goes above and beyond and make sure I'm taken care of when I have situations that require me to use my insurance.
