      Hi Kyle, Sorry you feel that you received bad service but your policy termed in January not 3 years ago. Your policy terminated for non pay on 1/27/23. You had an outstanding balance that was due so you were sent a collection notice by Allstate. Feel free to contact my office if you wish to discuss this any further.Craig Jarrett
