Extremely unsatisfied with this experience. They left before we could look at the place & have been unresponsive since we requested a follow up clean to do the services that we paid for. We paid an extra $100 for window cleaning & tracks & none of them were cleaned. Put tons of trash into one bag that broke as soon as we tried to pick it up to dispose of it. Laundry room was dirtier than when they came. Im seeking a full refund & do not recommend this company at all.

could not / would not consistently clean the floors properly unless i pointed out they were not clean. i can clean the floors properly and i am not a professional cleaner, so i know it can be done. i resigned myself to this fact that i would have sticky smeared dirty floors and let it go for several months after pointing it out. so i recently pointed out the floors are still not clean after getting tired of living with it, and the next service they did a good job and they were clean. but then they notified me they quitting a week after that saying that they couldn't meet the needs. not sure what kind of training the crews receive, but their work does not come off as professional cleaners in some areas and they can have a lack of awareness that is surprising. for instance smearing windows in sliding glass doors in a circle and leaving them dirty after cleaning them is actually making them worse than when they found them. similarly with smeared and sticky unclean floors. so it boils down to basically their preference is that they get paid to do whatever they feel like or dont feel like and if you point out the floors are never clean, they would rather quit than do it properly ;) Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping

Great communication. We had a vacant home that required a deep clean and it took extra time above the initial quote; however, they called to confirm it would be okay to proceed and provided an updated quote. They sent two cleaners that were very friendly. They did a good job, only missing a few small things. They did a spectacular job on the fridge! Thank you!

I have been so very busy at work and returning to life after the pandemic that I need some help with cleaning, I found The Maids from searching the internet. TEAM 1 is the ram that cleans for me. Team has been professionally dressed, clean cut, and excellent at what they do. The office staff is very responsive, kind, and communicative. I had used a couple of other cleaners before but was tired of dealing with the inconsistency and relational aspects of it. Wanted a cleaning service that just does what they say they will without all the hassle. found it for sure. Would highly recommend. Service: Standard cleaning
