        I booked a room and purchased the protection plan. Had to cancel 5 minutes after I booked the room. Although I purchased the protection plan they are still denying my refund. $100 they stole from me. If I couldn't use my protection plan why offer it. Don't rent a room here. They are thiefs.i will continue to call and show up at the hotel as I'm actually a local and harrass them until I get my money back

        Stayed 4/6-4/7 and had no issues. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and checked in and out on time. I like the location as I did not want to stay downtown Portland. Parking and breakfast was free and I had no issues with parking. A great value as I got a king suite for $100. I would stay here again if Im ever in the Portland area.

        The first floor is very noisy, you can hear employees talking to guests at the entrance .Also We booked this hotel because the pictures make the hotel look nice. The entrance smelled like smoke as well as the entire hotel.
