        I brought a Brighton organizer in to be fixed after speaking with a sales associate on the phone. Upon arriving I was told not only would they not fix it because it was past the warranty but they wouldn't even fix it if I paid. If they are not going to back up their product why would anyone pay so much for a bag. I pay for the customer service , which was not present here. I will never purchase another Brighton bag. My money will go where the customer service is. So long Brighton!

        This store is wonderful but The Staff is Incredible!! While Minerva is SO FANTASTIC AND ENTHUSIASTIC..other staff were attentative and excited about the different product lines! Such fun and I feel informed to pur chace in the future. Excellent product!
