No surprises, Justin Martin and team are all about service, communication, and educating their clients and the whole family about estate planning. Most law firms who set up trusts do the drafting, then leave it to the client to take the most important step, i.e., retitle assets in the name of the trust. Myatt & Bell holds the client's hand through this critical step. The other big plus is they do fee for service v. hourly billing. (No surprises) They don't disappear. I recommend them without reservation!

My wife and I were referred to Crystal Lewis, at Myatt & Bell, by our Financial Planner. We started off with an initial complimentary consultation where Crystal walked through their process of planning, based on initial info (our goals), provided by us and the fixed fee cost for providing comprehensive estate planning services. The approach to estate planning was clearly defined with the justification and aligned to our goals. The output from the exercise was also clearly specified. Our subsequent meetings needed some detailed information from us (about our assets) and based on that, Crystal outlined the specific strategy to meet our needs and goals. She cautioned us about the ways in which beneficiaries need to be designated, our wishes about the ultimate beneficiary and various scenarios that may occur. Its important to note that she talked about these in advance and provided enough time to allow us to think about these matters, before going to the next step of actually executing the plan. The final step was to get the plan executed by both of us. She was kind enough to agree to send the draft documents in advance so that we could review the documents ahead of time. It was good that we did request that since we could review the documents ahead of time, use the time to get our questions answered and complete the execution in one single final meeting. Crystal also graciously agreed to do a family meeting with our adult children to familiarize them with the process of actions to be taken when one of us (or both) pass. This is really important since estate plans are really required when we are not present (or unable) to express our wishes in person. In summary, Crystal was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in answering my persistent and nagging questions. The other members of Myatt & Bell (Sierra, Rachel and Simona and others that I may have missed) were outstanding in facilitating the process of scheduling, information gathering, and follow up during this process. I strongly recommend Crystal Lewis and her team at Myatt & Bell for Estate Planning needs. Of course, please do your homework ahead of time, in terms of what your goals and wishes are. JK

We had a wonderful experience at Myatt & Bell Attorneys at Law updating our Trust. We Worked with Bryce Kaufman and he was a delight to work with. The other staff members were great also. We highly recommend this Law Firm. They were all professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
