Drove an hour on per kaiser because there were no emergency appointments in Salem. Waited forever for them to tell me to follow up in Salem. What a waste of time. Dr was not helpful .

The dental person who I saw in Feb told me to make a cleaning date when I had today's appointment. However the desk person today said that the Feb person should have put me on a waiting list, but she did not. The persontoday said she would put me on a waiting list, but evidently i will not have my cleaning on time, and I may only get one cleaning this year. It seems every year I have problems getting my teeth call. It should not be this hard. I pay every month for dental coverage, and Kaiser should help me get my 2 cleanings every year.i try hard to work with the system but it seems that the odds are not working out for me.

As a long time patient of Dr. Peng's, he understands me and always exhibits great patience. He can provide the explanations to my questions in a way that I understand and appreciate.

After a fairly traumatic dental experience I had trepidations about having to go back. Dr. Shih has been so helpful in teaming up with me to shake that experience and is the only dentist I will see from now. Amazing experience and just an awesome person willing to work with you and make you feel comfortable and keep you well informed.

Everyone was wonderful. All areas of the office worked together to make my visit stress free, fast effective service and wanting to come back
