I enjoy all the great fitness classes and dance classes. The instructors are amazing. There are so many parties hosted at the studio it is great to see so many people enjoying themselves in a healthy environment. I have found the SGD community to be a wonderful welcoming community. I highly recommend starting with a monthly membership so you can try all the various classes and attend the parties.

Variety of exercise dance and partner dance classes at a reasonable price. Weekend socials are a blast and a great way to meet people and practice!

SGD is an AMAZING studio! With its wide range of dance styles and levels available for ballroom lessons and Diva Den fitness classes, the phenomenal instructors, gorgeous ballrooms, and lively socials...you won't find a better studio out there. The community you'll find there is life changing. I only wish I didn't have to adult so much, as I'd love to have more time to attend additional classes!

Hands down the best place I have ever worked out. So much so I also take the ballroom dance lessons and attend socials. All of the activities are fun but the best part is the community of friends I have made through SGD.
